Return Requirements:

To initiate a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The item(s) should remain in an unused and unassembled state.
  • Returns must include the original packaging and occur within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Eligible Items for Return:

We regret that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or assembled.
  • Products on clearance.
  • Special Orders: This includes custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Note: Many spare parts fall under this category.
  • Products labeled as “non-returnable” in their description.
  • Requests for returns made beyond the 30-day period.

Initiating a Return:

To proceed with a return, kindly follow these steps:

  • Via your Cholys.shop account: Log in using the email associated with your purchase. For delivered products, select the ”Request Return” button and specify your reason for the return.
  • Contact Form: Access the form here and provide your details and comments. 

Return Process Details:

  • Shipping costs, both to and from, will be deducted from the refund.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon return request submission, outlining further instructions.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of approval.
  • For freight truck returns, a pre-authorization photo is required.
  • Ensure proper packaging to minimize damage risk during transit. Include all original components.
  • The refund process begins once we inspect the returned item, contingent on the original payment method.

Delays in Delivery – Important Disclaimer:

We strive for prompt delivery of your orders. However, unexpected shipping delays can occur due to various external factors. As such, we cannot offer free returns based on delivery delays alone.

Defective Items:

In the event of a defective product:

  • Ensure the item is within the warranty period.
  • Provide serial numbers, a detailed issue description, and visual evidence.
  • Our Support team will assist with defect verification.
  • The manufacturer will then assess and respond to the claim.
  • Approved claims will follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.
  • Cholys.shop does not cover labor costs or delays due to defective goods.

Damages:

For received damaged items:

  • Report damages within five calendar days of delivery.
  • Inspect items upon delivery, refusing damaged ones if possible.
  • If accepted, report the damage within 5 days and do not use the item.
  • Options include replacement parts, a retention discount, or a full return.
  • Keep all packaging for potential return or inspection.

15 Day Simple Return Policy:

We invite you to shop with confidence. Our simple return policy permits the return of new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 15 days for a refund, with return shipping costs deducted unless due to our error.

Note: Cholys.shop reserves the right to refuse refunds on items not meeting these conditions.
